PART TWO OF JAPAN MINISTRY OUTREACH REPORT: 2018
VOL 55 No. 7

We wrote last month in Japan report #1 that our ministry this year in Japan may be the best ever there. We continue this month with Part Two. We will try to complete the report next month. (You can read Japan Ministry Outreach Part One and Part Three here.)

In 1990, God spoke to my heart it was time for us to return to Japan. It had been 20 years since we had first come to Japan for ministry.

We came to Aoki sensei’s church first which was little more than a home group. I could see that they were precious souls that God could use in great ways. However, God can always do more than we can imagine and in the past 28 years

He has proved Ephesians 3:20 KJV
"Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us."

In Photos #1 to #4 you can see where we first started in a house and then moved to auditoriums for crusades where many Japanese are coming to the Living Christ. This took place in February and March 1990.

Aoki sensei and Yumiko sensei whom I ordained to the ministry about 10 years later were the pastors.

The people loved Marge’s singing and accordion playing in the meetings. The church grew and May 23, 1992 we dedicated The Good Samaritan Church as it had become the fastest growing church in Eastern Japan.

They continued to plant new outreach churches.

In Photos #5 t0 #10, you can see the building, the choir, me preaching the dedication sermon and some of the crowd.

The growth was so rapid in such a short time. To God be the Glory!

In Photo #10 right, we met the Aoki and Yumiko, sensei who only had one daughter. She married and he became a minister.

Here they are with their daughter Maki sensei, her husband Michi sensei, his mother and eight grandchildren.

We continue on the back of this report with the continuing growth and the blessings we have just seen this year in Japan.

Giving all Glory to God!

In Photo #1 below right, I am laying hands on this Sister this past April, ordaining her to pastor the new church plant in the Kobe area. At times, I have had to do the ministry of an apostle. I am an evangelist, but it falls on me sometimes to do the work of an apostle.

For example, in Japan, they wait for us to come to do the dedication services and ordain ministers, deacons, etc. We have been Honorary Pastors of the Good Samaritan Church and they call us the ‘Happiest Couple in the World’ almost since the beginning.

Photo #3 below, you can see the beginning of the 12 grade Christian School and then me dedicating it on April 4, 2009. The school is raising up workers from among these children. The vision now is not only for the young but the aged.

In Photo #5 (left), and Photos #6 and #8 (below) is the five story senior home opened and dedicated October 19th 2016.

It is full and one by one they are being won to Christ.

You can see in Photo #5, the church is next to the senior home.

Marge had a number of meetings with seniors, winning some to Christ.

In Photo #9 left, Mipo, the oldest grandchild is interpreting Marge.

When she was only 5 years old, she would go shopping with us and in a childish way, help and interpret for us, especially if we were going to a MacDonald's.

In Photo #10 at bottom, Marge is preaching to seniors

In Photo #11, she is teaching a Bible lesson to the School Assembly.

There is not room enough to share everything but we will continue next month.

Read Japan Ministry Outreach Part One and Part Three here.

This year’s ministry may be the best there yet. Praise God Forever!

As you can see, we give God all the Glory and Praise!
