What a great joy to return to Japan
after two years to see what God has been doing through
the Holy Spirit and the wonderful faithful labor of the
pastors and workers.
It is said that one picture is
worth 5,000 words. We will need 3 reports to share a
little of the wonderful ministry we have had.
We have been returning for
ministry, crusades and church planting since 1971 to
Japan. We believe that this mission has been the best of
all times we have ministered there.
In this Part One we are sharing
some of the Work of God in Sumoto, Awaji Isand with our
good friends, Jim and Darla Snipe.
(You can read
Japan Ministry Outreach Part
Two and Part Three
here.)
They were members of Marge’s
brother, Pastor Bill Kryzanowski’s Church in the town
where Marge’s mother was born. Andrew, Alberta, Canada.
We became friends around 1985 with them.
It was in 1989 that they became
missionaries in photo #1. In photo #2 left, here they
are with their 2 sons Shane and Jay in their mansion as
it is what the Japanese call the very tiny 1 or 2 room
apartments.
Photo #3 is when we first returned
to Japan after 25 years and began to help with church
plants in ministry and crusades.
Photo #4 after helping officiate
in the wedding, I am now praying at the reception for
Shane and his bride Hiromi, November, 1996.
God opened this great building
site in photo #5 for the Sumoto Chapel Ground Breaking
Ceremony, Oct. 13, 2007 in photo #6.
