UPDATE on MINISTRY OUTREACHES for 2007
Daniel 4:2 "I thought it good to show the signs and wonders that the high God hath wrought toward me."

Marge and I will open the 21st Three Month Basic Bible School, then go on to Japan for ministry. From there, God willing, we will return to Ukraine for soul winning, teaching and to graduate the students from the SCHOOL. Then on to Russia to graduate our 22nd school (which Walter Zygarewicz opens while Marge and I open the one in Kharkov, Ukraine) located in the city of Krasnadar, in Southern Russia.

We will end the year in Moscow by doing a special school of three weeks only for Russian Bishops and Ministers in Russia and closing with a National Conference for the Russian Union of Churches consisting of over 1,000 local churches.

James 4:15 KJV - For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that.

As of now, we have had over 2,200 students go through the schools and over 90% are in ministry. Praise the Lord! We have also personally trained over 7,000 workers in the former USSR in EVANGELISM.  We are supporting or partly supporting over 50 workers in Russia and Ukraine alone.  They are winning souls for Jesus.  We have purchased a total of 131 buildings in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus in the last 12 years in the former USSR.  These churches are paid in full.  As of this writing, all the Public Halls, Post Offices, Restaurants, Schools, Museum, Stores, Supermarkets and large houses have been converted into local churches. Not one of them belong to us or our ministry.  After we purchase and pay for them, they are given freely and gladly to these precious saints for a ‘House of Prayer.’ Praise the Lord! Our vision now is for 200 church buildings, which means 69 more to purchase.

I was asked recently why do I not make projects so that people can give toward it. First, I believe that our whole ministry is a project from the Lord. However, when money is designated toward some building or other need, we put 100% toward that project.  However, you know that we are a faith ministry.  We do not ask or ‘beg’ for offerings.  We inform what God is leading us to do and we know that if God leads us, He makes no mistakes and will meet the need.

We also praise God and let you know if and when the buildings are paid off. To date all 131 are! Praise the Lord!

We do ask people to pray for us. I know if we can get people to pray for us instead of us asking people to give, the Holy Spirit can speak to hearts about needs and what they should do.  He never makes a mistake.  I believe if God leads us to do some thing, He will always make a way. 

Marge and I will be married 45 years this November 20th.  God has enabled our ministry to do 45 years of missionary evangelism on every continent.  I tell her that it will be worth it all when we see Jesus!  You have an important part in this ministry as you have stood in faith with us in soul winning, planting churches and raising up leaders and workers through teaching the Word in seminars, schools and other means of outreaches to the nations. Next month we will give a report on our recent ministry in Bulgaria and Romania.  This is ministry you are helping us with your prayers and faith.

INDIA: We are committed to help support the 3-year Bible College in India with Rev. Harley Fiddler with $1,000.00 per month, which is about 1/3 of the monthly budget. We are turning out such fine wonderful workers that are going to the front lines of evangelism in India. The Harvest is very great in India. CHINA: We are sending $1,000 dollars every month for outreaches in mainland China. This works out to be $12,000 per year. The money is used as follows: $300.00 for printing Bibles, $300.00 for Cell groups in China, $100.00 for Church Leader’s support in China, $100.00 for imprisoned Christian’s families in China, $100.00 for purchasing Bibles in China and $100.00 for Training Schools in China.

JAPAN: We are continuing to go to Japan and plant seed there. We are believing God for a great harvest there in these last days. I have accepted the position of President of the Good Samaritan Bible College near Osaka, Japan. Marge and I plan to go to teach twice a year for a week or two in addition to outreach and soul winning ministry. I am still called upon to perform the ministry of an apostle even though I am an evangelist. We do cherish the honorary title of ’Pastor’ in Japan.

TAIWAN, PHILIPPINES, AFRICA, BULGARIA, ROMANIA, PARAGRAY, GUATEMALA, EL SALVADOR, MEXICO, ARGENTINA, ETC: So far in the past 10 months, over $16,000.00 in support and offerings have been sent or taken by us to these countries for the purpose of evangelism, church buildings, missionary support and helps, seminars, feeding the poor and children and crusades.

We do not know what new doors of opportunity God may yet open. We feel that giving what we have received is God’s plan to sow and reap with more to give. About 4 years ago I was praying concerning Marge and my ministry, that God would do more in our latter years than in our former years. The Lord spoke to my heart, that in addition to soul winning, planting churches and raising up disciples through teaching, He was also going to make us dispensers of His finances.

I reasoned with myself, if that is so, then we are going to need finances to be able to dispense. The Word came to me in: Psalms 50:10 For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills. I believe that God can always sell a few cattle and give to this ministry so that we can share with those who need and can best utilize it for the Kingdom of God. Marge and I have always tried to be good stewards of what God has placed in our hands.

I believe that through the 45 years of World Evangelism, we have learned from the Lord and through experience where finances can bring the best results in the harvest fields of God.

We continue to use the promise in James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

We need His wisdom and His leading in all we do. Rom 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.  We do not know exactly how God is going to do it. However, I believe God’s Word to me that we will, through Him, and people just like you, carry on the Work of God in Missionary Evangelism.

Please continue to pray for our ministry yet this year in Namibia, South Africa, Ukraine, Mexico, Russia and Japan. However, this is our plan. God has the perfect plan and we want to always be open and willing to follow His plan of ministry. You, however, have a part in this ministry as you stand in faith and pray for us. We still believe, the more praying, the more God will do.
