SUFFER THE LITTLE CHILDREN TO COME UNTO ME, AND FORBIT THEM NOT
VOL. 54 No. 2

Luke 18:16-17. But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.

We are so happy to report in this Good News report that we have taken on an additional 10 more orphans from the country of Uganda, Africa. The cost of putting a bed under a roof and feeding them will cost 15 US dollars per month. This will make an additional cost of $150.00 added to our monthly budget. Jesus used children many times in his teaching and preaching. Jesus speaking of Little Children appear in several places in the New Testament.

From Matthew 18:1-6 (KJV) At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, "Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?"

And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them, And said, "Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me…Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven."

As you can see from the 10 photos these children are little older than many that we support. One reason may be because of the wars in Central and East Africa that has raged on for years. At this time our ministry is supporting 28 orphans in Africa and India and helping several orphanages in Latin America.

Of course we could not do this or any of the other outreaches of the ministry God have given us these past more than 50 years. Although God did not give Marge and I any of our own children yet He have given us the opportunity to have a part in hundreds of children that grew into adults.

It is sad to see how much waste of food and materials we have in the West. I have watched advertising showing dogs and cats with the pleading for 19 dollars a month to support or adopt an animal. It is sad to think people will forget children that could be taken care of for less money.

My wife and I do like animals but we love babies and children more.

It greaves us even more when we see the millions of babies be aborted.

How it must greave the heart of God for Him to see what people are doing with His creations.

Please pray that all this children will grow to be not only Christians but ministers and workers in the Work of God.

You will see in the left photo a India Pastor happy to have this bike to help him in his ministry.

In the photo center is a photo of a Schwann like I had in the 1950’s and it is similar to the 10 bikes we are buying for 10 ministers in India at a cost of $80.00 each. They are heavy duty and are like the old Schwann bikes we had in youth. They will be able to travel from village to village to preach the Gospel.

In the photo right you see one of the pastors holding this bible in the Hindi language bibles cost about $4 each. They are a leather looking cover.

We are buy 100 of them at this time and hope to purchase more later. How wonderful it is to present the Word of God to new converts to Christ.

We pray that we will be able to continue to support these outreaches in addition to support over 120 workers around the world.

Remember as you pray for us you have a part in the harvest of souls.

Pray for us and we are praying for you. God bless you and yours.
