Purchased Church
Building #186 in former USSR The Village called Giorgievskoye is about 20 km from Zaporizhiye, Ukraine. The church that has been established about 6 years ago is slowly growing, not many adults but reaching many teenagers and kids. They are renting the Central Club. The owner is trying to sell for $8,000.00 US but the economy is so bad that they would take $5 or $6,000. It will take about $1,000.00 to do the paper work and transfer the documents. The best part is this new church is a daughter church of the Abundant Life Church we planted some years ago. We have already given $4,500.00. They are already starting teaching classes to win the village to Christ. |

This is a very solid building
but will need heating. You can see the 3 photos of the building
left, front, side and the interior main hall. There is a great joy, seeing churches we have planted, that are now planting new churches. This one, the mother church is called Abundant Life and of all the churches we have planted in the former USSR, this is the only one we know that has named their church after the name of our ministry. Most of the churches are called ‘House of Prayer.’ Pray they will win the whole village to Christ. Enclosed we are sending a calendar of 2016 that Is magnetized and will be a reminder to pray for us daily. You might put it on your fridge to remind you. We believe it is people like you that carry us with your prayers so we can keep going on with the ministry. Just as in Mark 2:3-12 when the four men carried their friend to Jesus and let him down through the roof. NIV 1Cor 3:9 For we are co-workers in God's service; you are God's field, God's building.
