India is the second most populated country in the world, second only to China. The population is 1,173,108,018 (July 2010 est.).

The religions of India are Hindu 80.5%, Muslim 13.4%, Christian 2.3%, Sikh 1.9%, other 1.8%. Ever since Marge and I first ministered in India in 1970 we have had a burden for the precious people of India. We have returned again and again to minister in India over the passing years. With Missionary Evangelist Harley Fiddler, we have partnered in the support of a Bible College in Southern India for a number of years.

The school has turned out a number of wonderful workers and soulwinners for the Kingdom month. We are glad to report that we have also taken on 10 more Indian ministers by faith at $25.00 per month. They are evangelizing, pastoring and planting new churches. Can you imagine, that with so little we can keep a full time minister going on the front lines of evangelism in India?

With a population of almost 1.2 billion people, the need is so very great. Mat 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. We are supporting these workers through the ministry of David Walker Ministries to India.

We are asking you to once more please pray for these workers. Please, if you would, lay your hands on their photos that are in this newsletter and pray that God will anoint them to win many to Christ and that God will keep them from danger. You, most likely know that some of the servants of the Lord are being attacked in these parts of the world for preaching the Gospel and some are even being martyred.


A. Gideon is in Semiliguda, Northern India. He is 50 years old, married with 7 children. We believe that he and the others will win many souls to Christ in India.
Subash C Bhotra is in ministry and serving the Lord in Luhaba, Northern India. He is 48 years of age, married with 5 children.
He also has a pastor’s heart.
Let us believe he will plant many new works.


B. Karunakar is ministering in Lunguri, N. India.
He is 33 years of age, married with 3 children.
He speaks Tehugu, Oriya, Hindi and English.
His ministry is that of a pastor.
Pray he will plant many Churches.
Amith Kumar Chetty is working for the Lord in Upper Mania, Northern India. He is 24 years of age and unmarried.
He speaks Oriya, Hindi and English. Lets believe that he and the other workers win many souls to Christ in India.


Paul Dhadaka is 26 years old, married and has two children.
He ministers in the Oriya language.
He is working for the Lord in ministry in Thutaguda, Northern India.
Birendra Phanait is 34 years of age. He is married and has 3 children. He speaks English, Hindi and Tharu.
His area of evangelism is Northern India.
We believe God to do great and wonderful things for him.


Apparan Banka is 42 years old and is married with 4 children.
He ministers in the Oriya language to the people.
His area of ministry is in Renu, Northern India.
These men have a heart after God.
Biswajit Das is 28 years old and is married to Sheba.
He speaks Oriya, English and Hindi.
His area of ministry is New Delhi, Northern India.


Jacob Kura is 39 years of age and married with two children.
He speaks Oriya, Hindi and Kuvi languages.
His area of ministry in in Badamunda, Northern India.
Let’s believe God for an outpouring in his field of service


Shyam Narayan Dhami is 27 years old. He speaks Nepali, Maithili and Hindi, working for the Lord in New Deli.
His wife is serving with him in the ministry of winning souls.
