Abundant Life Crusades
Tony and Marge Abram have been sharing God's Good News for over 64 years!

This Month’s Good News Ministry Report on the Island Country of Cuba!
Volume 61 #6

We especially love to give a report when the report will be good news. This month we are sharing just a little of our outreaches in Cuba and it is good news what we are able to do there. Cuba is very dear to my heart. The main reason is that back in January of 1961, I was invited to attend a 10 day conference in St. Paul, Minnesota where there was a great outpouring of the Spirit of God.

It was there, God not only blest me, but it was there where I met a Canadian missionary family who were working in missions in Cuba. It was there with them and their invitation that I planned my first overseas mission crusade ministry.

Of course, the door was slammed in my face with Castro taking over Cuba and making it a communist country. However, God had a plan for my life and ministry.

God opened the door to work for Evangelist T. L. Osborn: first as a
Co-Evangelist, becoming an Associate Evangelist, learning much from him.

The first three photos are of conference meetings of three of the main churches we helped.

Walter Zygarewicz of Global Vision had minister’s conferences there.

The 2 bottom photos are two village country churches.
We can add to these country churches if the pastor and family live in the building for about $300 US.
We are endeavoring to do this in Cuba.

Cuba: PART TWO.

Marge and I have held crusades and outreaches in nearly 150 countries.

I remember telling the Cuban ministers in that first Worker’s Seminar, that Marge and I had ministered over the many years in every Spanish speaking country in the world, except one. That one was Cuba.

I told them that perhaps it looked like God had saved the best nation for last.

You should have heard them shout and praise the Lord, when we told them! It seemed the ceiling would fall.

Over the last few years, we have supported many workers and outreaches and now while we can, we will help build and buy buildings for local churches.

We thank the Lord for God’s people who have, over the years, helped do this in our ministry of faith.

The top photos above beside Cuba Part Two show workers with two pastors traveling by canoes, reaching some country villages.

One church meets under a tree where we trust to help them build a building with a roof.

The cost of building a simple structure with a roof over them costs from $300 to about $1,000. In the cities, it is much higher.

One we helped in the capital city of Havana, was $8,000 US dollars. You may wonder how much is their monthly wage.

A carpenter makes about $8 US dollars a month.

We know, it is difficult to believe that the people, especially the people of God find it very difficult to exist.

We believe that this is the time for revival in Cuba that will bring in a great harvest before the Second Coming of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

"And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come." Matthew 24:14 (KJV) These workers do not have the freedoms we have in our western nations. The greatest treasure are the precious souls.

Just think, one soul is worth more than the whole world.

Please pray for Cuba and for all our outreaches.

Your fellow workers in God’s Vineyard of the World,
Tony and Marge Abram
