Seven I Will's
I. Not as "I will"
Matthew 26:39 (KJV) And he went a little further, and fell on his face,
and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass
from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.
II. "I will," be thou clean
Luke 5:13 (KJV) And he put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I
will: be thou clean. And immediately the leprosy departed from him.
III. "I will" raise him up at the last day
John 6:40 (KJV) And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one
which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life:
and I will raise him up at the last day.
IV. If I be lifted up, "I will" draw
John 12:32 (KJV) And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all
men unto me.
V. "I will" come again
John 14:3 (KJV) And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come
again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be
VI. "I will" that they be with me
John 17:24 (KJV) Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me,
be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast
given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.
VII. If "I will" that he tarry
John 21:22 (KJV) Jesus saith unto him, If I will that he tarry till I
come, what is that to thee? follow thou me.
Luke 9:23 (KJV) And he said to them all, If any man will come after me,
let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.
